We are pleased to announce that Josh Turchin, Director, Charter Solutions for Coach USA, has joined the GNEMA Board of Directors.
Coach USA recently made the decision to transition its Board representation from Jimmie Lytle to Josh due to other priorities. In accordance with GNEMA’s bylaws, the Board voted to approve Josh’s appointment.
At the same time, we want to recognize and thank Jimmie for his many years of dedicated service on the GNEMA Board. Jimmie has served since January 15, 2019, and while he is stepping away from his Board role, he remains an active participant and valued member of the GNEMA community. We are grateful for his continued involvement and support.
We are excited to welcome Josh to the Board. His industry experience and leadership will further strengthen GNEMA’s already strong leadership team.

Josh's Bio
Josh Turchin is the Director of Charter Solutions at Coach USA and has been in the motorcoach industry since 2008. After finishing his degree in hospitality management, Josh began his career as an Inside Sales Representative before advancing to Senior Business Development Specialist at A-1 Limousine and ultimately into his current role at Coach USA.
As Director of Charter Solutions, Josh supports Coach USA’s charter sales teams through the sales process, sales strategy, and technology. He oversees charter technology initiatives and focuses on processes that improve the experience for both customers and internal sales and operations teams. He has prioritized the advancement of the motorcoach and charter bus industry throughout his career.
Throughout his career, Josh has been involved in the planning and support of complex group transportation movements, including Catholic Church Ordinations and Eucharistic Congresses, Conventions in the Philadelphia region, and international soccer teams traveling for major tournaments. He has also helped introduce new technologies and programs within Coach USA, including the rollout of The Bus Network, with an emphasis on modernizing the charter sales process and expanding the company’s ability to serve customers.
Josh has been a longtime member of both the Greater Northeast Motorcoach Association and the American Bus Association, as well as the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau. He brings nearly two decades of experience in charter sales, business development, technology, and customer-focused transportation to the table.
