Association Luncheon Meetings
Held annually in the Spring and Fall, Association Luncheon Meetings provide an excellent opportunity to:

- Network with leading bus owners, tour operators, and vendors
Attendees also hear presentations on key industry topics, current challenges, and emerging trends.
BISC East
Powered by BISC EAST, the GNEMA Safety Day is held annually during the Fall Event Days.

Driver Safety Competition
The annual GNEMA member-exclusive Driver Safety Competition highlights professional driving excellence while reinforcing GNEMA’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and community within the motorcoach industry.
Participants demonstrate advanced driving skills and dedication to industry best practices.
Driver Safety Meeting

Group Leader Appreciation Day & Marketplace
The annual Group Leader Appreciation Day & Marketplace brings together destination and tourism partners with operator members for a high-energy showcase experience. Each year, operator members bring busloads of group leaders to explore the exhibit hall, discover exciting tour destinations, and connect with attractions and tourism representatives.
Open to all attractions and destinations, this event creates valuable opportunities for destination members to generate new group tour business.
Mini-Marketplace
The Mini-Marketplace is designed specifically for our Allied Supplier Members and Annual Sponsor Partners who provide products and services to motorcoach owners and operators.
Held during the Spring and Fall meeting event days, the Mini-Marketplace offers a convenient setting for supplier members and sponsors to:

The member-exclusive Annual Motorcoach Professional Award Program recognizes member employees who demonstrate outstanding excellence, professionalism, and dedication within the motorcoach industry.
Annual Scholarship Award Program
The member-exclusive Scholarship Award Program celebrates educational achievement and supports the next generation of professionals.
Two scholarships are awarded annually:
- One to full-time employees or dependent children of full-time employees of Operator Member companies
- One to full-time employees or dependent children of full-time employees of Allied Member companies
