On behalf of the GNEMA Board of Directors, we are pleased to announce the results of the Board officer elections for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2027.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Tim Stout of Stout's Transportation, Inc., for his extraordinary leadership and dedicated service as President over the past 15 years. His vision, commitment, and tireless advocacy on behalf of our members have helped shape GNEMA into the strong organization it is today.

We are pleased that Tim will continue to serve on the Board for one year as Immediate Past Chair, providing valuable guidance and continuity during this leadership transition.

Michelle Petelicki, Chair

Michelle Petelicki is President and majority owner of Panorama Tours, Inc., a family-owned motorcoach company based in Northern New Jersey. Under her leadership, Panorama has experienced significant growth while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, reliability, customer service, and operational excellence.

Michelle has served on the Executive Committee of the GNEMA Board since 2014. She was elected as Vice-President in 2023. Throughout her tenure, she has championed industry advocacy, regulatory engagement, driver safety initiatives, and member development, including serving as Chair of GNEMA's Legislative & Regulatory Committee.

In addition to her role with GNEMA, Michelle serves on the Executive Board of the United Motorcoach Association (UMA) as Secretary, Chair of the Membership & Marketing Committee, and Co-Chair of the Legislative & Regulatory Committee. She is also actively involved with the American Bus Association (ABA), Women in Buses (WIB), the Bus Industry Safety Council (BISC), and other transportation and business organizations.

Michelle works closely with legislators, regulators, and industry leaders on issues affecting motorcoach operators, including safety, accessibility, environmental policy, and transportation infrastructure. Her leadership has been recognized with the 2023 UMA Vision Award, the 2025 Arline Simpson Leadership Award, and the 2026 UMA Environmental Leadership Award.

As Chair of GNEMA, Michelle is committed to strengthening the association's voice, fostering collaboration across the Northeast, and advancing policies that support a safe, sustainable, and thriving motorcoach industry.

Heath Ochroch, Vice-Chair

Heath Ochroch is President of Werner Coach (Werner Bus Lines, Inc.), a motorcoach company based in Phoenixville, PA that has proudly served the greater Philadelphia region for 97 years.

He has dedicated his career to leading one of the area's longest-running and most trusted motorcoach operators, with passenger safety and customer service as the company's first priorities.

A member of the Greater Northeast Motorcoach Association for the past 10 years, he has served as Secretary on its board for the last three, where he is a strong advocate for safety and professional standards across the industry.

Pete Borowsky, Treasurer

As President at Starr Bus Charter & Tours, and part of the 3^rd generation of family ownership, Pete Borowsky strives every day to build on the amazing reputation Starr has developed in its more than 75 years in business.

During his tenure at Starr, Pete has brought his entrepreneurial spirit to the company seeking not only to continue to grow and improve existing business lines, but also develop new ones. In recent years that has included the expansion of Starr’s tour business to own & operate Eyre Tours, a MD based tour company, as well as the creation and development of Starr’s College Break Bus service.

All this comes naturally for Pete who spent 20 years in the technology and e-commerce space prior to joining Starr. As an early member of startups including Half.com and CDNOW, as well as established companies such as eBay and PayPal, Pete gravitated towards leading teams to solve complex problems and build excellent customer experiences. This same desire was at play when Pete started his own company Zatista.com, now one of the leading online art galleries featuring over 20,000 works from artists all around the world. 

Today at Starr, Pete is thrilled to have a dedicated team who come to work every day looking to exceed the high expectations Starr’s valued customers have grown accustomed to. An important part of this team is Pete’s wife Sandy, whose grandparents founded Starr in 1947. 

While Pete grew up and lived in Los Angeles for a number of years after college, Yardley, Pennsylvania has been “home” for the last 25 years. This is where he and Sandy have raised three young men and can be found riding their bikes on the Delaware canal. Pete also enjoys playing soccer, golf, and more recently pickleball. 

John Henry, Secretary

John is an experienced professional with over a decade of dedicated service in the motor coach and transit industry.

Serving as the Vice President of Business Operations at Martz Bus, he has played an instrumental role in the company's ongoing success. With a remarkable journey that began at the ground level, John's extensive experience spans maintenance, sales, customer service, and leadership roles, providing him with a holistic understanding of the industry.

In 2018, his commitment to safety led to a promotion as Corporate Safety Director, where he implemented vital safety initiatives, including many key performance indicators and metrics to measure success.

Currently, John serves as the Vice President of Business Operations, overseeing maintenance and operations for five locations and a fleet of over 150 vehicles.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a strong focus on professional development, his dedication to continuous improvement is evident through his extensive training in safety, leadership, sales, and customer service.

As the fifth generation of his family contributing to Martz Bus, John carries on a legacy while propelling the company forward with his experience and commitment to excellence.
